• Be responsive to guests inquiries or messages. Then your guests would know that they can get your quick answer and solution if there is any question or problem. They would be relax and have a nice stay, which might bring you 5 star review.
• Provide a clean and organized place for your guests. This could guarantee your guests would have great first impression. We know that the first impression plays a decided role sometimes. It’s better when the place looks the same as in your Airbnb photos and your listing describes.
• Give discounts or prepare gifts for your repeat guests. It’s also a good way to express your thanks for their repeat bookings, attract them to book your Airbnb again, or get 5 star reviews from them.
